A 'living room bed' fashioned from all the sofa cushions (oh joy) and myriad blankets created the perfect afternoon nesting spot yesterday. Too good not to nod off in. I can't remember a time when they last fell asleep together like this.
I think we call loft beds bunk beds. Whatever you call them they're fun! My cousins had them growing up. I think it was always wise to comandeer the top bunk.
Ana - it's strange how a bed like that often seems more cozy and comfortable than you're own. Especially when you've got a Christmas movie playing. I can do these things and then just say I was going along with the kids...

Adorable! We just bought a loft bed for our son, it is like a double bed on stilts, I keep thinking that that is like a nest too.
