One of the fun things about pregnancy is being able to take ridiculous photos of yourself with your temporary body 'disproportions'.
I took this photo the other day, mostly for my sister, as she declares I have 'chip feet', i.e. very narrow. Sometimes she swears I wobble about on them which I wouldn't do if they were of normal width. This photo looks somewhat like a rather fluffy (read: big/round) chicken looking down to her feet. You would think I have better things to do (like pack my hospital bag) than play around with silly images in Photoshop, but Photoshop is just too good to resist sometimes.
I really want to get a picture of me in my bikini before Lucy Deux is born. Preferably running. I could really have some fun with that one..

Wow, this is brilliant! It looks as though you're about to burst!
ReplyDeleteVery cool!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great photo!
ReplyDeleteYou do have impressively narrow feet.
oh the joys of being pregnant!
ReplyDeleteat least your feet haven't swollen up! i know some girls who get such swollen feet that there shoes don't fit them. i would imagine that would be uncomfortable and frustrating!!!
Rubyellen - unfortunately, wrong. I am managing to keep swollen feet somewhat at bay by popping B6 but there are still times I look down and wonder who on earth's put their feet in place of mine. My Converse Lights (both reasonably new and begging to be worn) are now relegated to the closet until after. Lucky it's summer and my Havaiana's are there for me!
ReplyDeleteha, ha, ha...great sense of humor.
ReplyDeleteugh, i need to start thinking about what to pack. all this snow and unpredictable weather makes me nervous. i want to make sure i have my favorite crackers and energy drinks, just in case i feel like snacking in the earlier hours.
ReplyDeletemy feet aren't super swollen, but that's the freezing temps for you! we are slowly making our way through the to-do list, but there are so many other things i'd rather be doing. like baking cookies...and then eating all of them.
